| We travelled to the Glen Road to meet St Teresa's, in a game which turned out to be more awkward than we anticipated. Playing against a strong wind in the first half, we went in 0-10 to 0-8 down at the break. The first half scores coming from Cathal Mc Auley, with two, Martin Mc Auley two, and a couple from young Shane Mc Cambridge making his Senior debut at County level.
The second half we held the upper hand, but a fast and determined City team, made life difficult, and it was only in the closing 10minutes that we gained the upper hand to run out winners by the minimum. Second half scorer's were Rory Mc Bride, Ciaran Mc Caughan, Shane Mc Cambridge, Tommy Devlin, and Martin Mc Auley, with point's apiece, with Cathal Mc Auley knocking over two.
